The terms of contract of the Ilonia.com service

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

By ordering products from the www.ilonia.com online store, the customer commits to these terms of contract.
These terms do not restrict the consumer rights based on the Consumer Protection Act in any way.

ORDERING

A binding sales contract between the customer and ilonia.com is generated, when ilonia.com has sent an order confirmation via e-mail of the order placed on the ilonia.com online service.

Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to order products without the approval of the guardian. We reserve the right to refuse to sell products to people under the age of 18.

The normal delivery time is 3–8 working days. When delivering outside Finland, the delivery time may be longer. If a product is temporarily out of stock, it will not be replaced with another product or delivered separately later. Ilonia.com will automatically refund the customer for the product.
The price of the product is the price valid at the time of placing the order. Postage (4.90 €)
will be added to the order in Finland, postage € 11.00 will be added to the order inside Europe and orders from outside Europe the postage will be € 25.00.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

The products are paid with online banking payments (Sampo Bank, Op), bank transfers, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

REGISTERING AND USING THE USER IDENTIFICATION

Only persons over the age of 18 are allowed to register to the service.

The registered user is responsible for the actions on his/her user name and password. Orders placed using the username are binding to the user.

The user is responsible for keeping the password safe. The user is obliged to notify ilonia.com immediately, should the user suspect that their password has become known to another individual.

Ilonia.com reserves the right to close the user account at any time.

FORCE MAJEURE

Ilonia.com is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.

RETURNS

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days, as defined in the Consumer Protection Act. The returned product and its packaging must be in the same condition as when it was received.
